Using Problem Tools
By accessing or using Problem Tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service or copy its protected source packages.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Problem Tools for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for it.
Accounts and secure access
Public previews are open to browse. Some actions require a verified Google or passwordless email session. You are responsible for access to your email or Google account and for ending sessions on devices you do not control.
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users’ sessions, automate abusive requests or interfere with service availability.
Using copied component source
Unless a source package or third-party notice states otherwise, Problem grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use and modify source copied from Problem Tools inside personal or commercial websites, applications and end products.
You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the source substantially as received as a standalone template, component library, competing catalog or stock-asset collection. You may not remove required third-party license notices or present substantially unmodified Problem work as your own library.
Ownership and third-party rights
Problem Tools, its original components, branding, writing and visual system remain the property of Problem and its licensors. Your use rights are limited to the license above.
Open-source dependencies, fonts and other third-party materials retain their own licenses. When a third-party license conflicts with these terms for that material, the third-party license controls.
Acceptable use
Do not use Problem Tools to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, misrepresent identity, overload infrastructure, scrape protected source at scale or build a deceptive copy of this service.
We may suspend access that creates security, legal or operational risk. We may also change, retire or limit features as the product evolves.
Service availability
Problem Tools is provided on an “as available” basis. Interactive previews and generated output can vary across browsers, devices and environments. You are responsible for testing copied source in your own production context.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Problem disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
